The Christian City Spiritual Care Office ministers to the pastoral needs of the residents and employees. The Christian City community feels that exercising and growing our relationship to God is the key to a truly joyful and meaningful life! The Spiritual Care Office assists in fostering this exciting and meaningful view of family and community involvement. Our programs are designed with this in mind. Helping the staff chaplain is a group of volunteer lay chaplains who serve their fellow residents in a variety of ways including the above mentioned activities.
The Spiritual Care Office reinforces the view that retirement and senior adult living should be a rich and active time! This has helped to make volunteerism a hallmark of our community. Many Christian City residents are also very active in combining community volunteerism with their other retirement interests.
