Many independent living options are available at Christian City.  Whether you are interested in a Senior Life Patio Home or a Retirement Apartment, we can meet your housing and lifestyle needs.

Senior Life Patio Homes

Our community approach to independent retirement living allows our residents to really relax! Seniors can enjoy all the benefits of living in a residential setting in our Senior Life Patio Homes without the worries or responsibilities of traditional home ownership. The program is designed to permit individuals or couples to lease a patio home for the duration of their lifetime. Then, the unit reverts back to Christian City to begin another cycle of occupancy by a different individual or couple. For a one-time lease payment and a monthly maintenance fee, our residents have the assurance of a lifetime lease and never again worry about mowing the yard, repairing the plumbing, or dealing with a leaky roof. A wide variety of activities keep our residents engaged in life.

Residency Requirements:
Residents must be 60 or older and able to live independently (special rates apply for persons between 60 and 65). Only those individuals listed on the original contract can reside in the unit. Any other arrangements must be approved by Christian City. The residents have the right to live in their own units for the remainder of their lives as long as they can maintain themselves independently.SeniorLifetourButton

Residents must have financial resources for the basic cost of the unit and to pay the monthly maintenance fee. The basic life lease cost of a unit varies depending on size, location and special features. Call 770-703-2749 for more information.
