Our beautiful one-bedroom and efficiency apartments are subsidized through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under section 202. The head or spouse must be 62 or older. Ten percent of the apartments are handicapped accessible. They are reserved for people of any age (over 18) with a mobility impairment requiring the accessibility features of the apartment. Rent is based on resident’s income and is calculated at 30% of their adjusted gross monthly income. All utilities except the telephone are included in their monthly rent. 

Financial eligibility requirements must be met for all subsidized apartments. Our apartments are an Equal Housing Opportunity.

Opened in 1990 offering 15 one bedroom and 5 efficiency villa style apartments
John Sparks Manor
Opened in 1982 offering 85 one bedroom apartments with indoor corridors
Gene Miller Manor
Opened in 1989 offering 56 lovely one bedrooms and 20 wonderful efficiency apartments
Larry Moore Manor
Opened in 1978 offering 110 one bedroom apartments
