Graceland Thrift Store opened in 1984, and was named after “Mama Grace” Duke, who had recently retired from being a house parent and began this ministry as a “yard sale” to raise money for the Home for Children, Inc. Whether you shop or donate, you will be helping the children at Christian City! The items donated to Graceland are sold at a reasonable price, and the revenue from those sales is used primarily for the educational needs of our campus residential children at The Children’s Village at Christian City. *Please be sure to see a Graceland employee when making your donation. Due to safety and health hazards, all donations must be received by Graceland personnel. AND, don’t forget your tax receipt! Volunteer
