Volunteers are absolutely vital to all the ministries that occur at Christian City.  Currently, about 200 volunteers serve in our program, but we have exciting opportunities for many more!  As a volunteer, you can choose an area that interests you, and even set your own hours. Help is needed in these areas: 

• The Ice Cream Parlor
• The Corner Store
• Graceland Thrift Store
• Arts & crafts
• Group discussion
• History Hour
• Visitation
• Story telling
• Decorating/hosting special events
• Cooking classes
• Knitting and crocheting teachers
• Pet therapy
• Writing letters for residents
• Bingo caller
• Leading small group activities
• Entertainers of all kinds
• Music: sing-alongs, playing the piano or another instrument, etc.
• Office work: computer work, filing pictures, and other misc. office duties

We would love for you to come out and join our team! To participate in the volunteer program, all applicants must first go through volunteer training on campus. If you want to spend time helping others or have a unique talent to share, Christian City is the place for you!
