For more than 30 years, Christian City has focused on meeting the needs of individuals and families in a variety of ways.  For senior adults this comes in the form of services and housing.  The housing provided to senior adults from Christian City ranges from our independent Life Lease community to our long term care and rehabilitation skilled nursing facility.  Services include many activities to keep our residents socially and spiritually engaged while providing appropriate health care.

Independent Living and Atlanta HUD Housing
Housing opportunities range from modest subsidized apartments up to our communities of duplex and triplex patio homes that offer residents spacious and well-appointed living accommodations.  Our small cluster communities provide a neighborhood feel, allowing access to the amenities, programs and services provided for the life enrichment of all.  Residents are provided opportunities to be active in a variety of settings through volunteering, participating in programs and activities as well as taking advantage of our health and wellness programs.

Sparks Inn - Assisted Living in South Atlanta
Sparks Inn offers a more protective and watchful living environment in assisted living/personal care.  Residents who find the need for assistance with daily activities as well as medication assistance will find this portion of our residential program beneficial. 

Atlanta Nursing Home and Rehabilitation
The Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers physical, occupational and speech therapy opportunities for those ready for discharge from the hospital, but unable to move back home immediately.  We offer services under Medicare, managed care, Medicaid and private pay. This allows everyone to benefit from our quality nursing care and loving services. When room is available, we offer extended care.
