6th Annual Children's Chair-ity A Big Hit

On Dec. 6th, 2012, community leaders and elected officials came together to host the 6th Annual Children’s Chair-ity Event benefiting the abandoned, abused, and otherwise homeless children who live in the cottages at The Children’s Village at Christian City.  The event, organized by some hard working volunteers, was held in the Grand Ballroom of the Dolce Atlanta in PTC.

Thanks to all the wonderful sponsors!
This year’s event was phenomenal!  With the help of over 100 sponsors, volunteers, and local artists, the financial goals for the event were exceeded! Check out the list of sponsors below and consider getting involved in this fun event next year!

It was a lot of fun
The evening event was an excellent time of great food, live holiday music, networking, and perusing a large selection of silent auction items including unique chairs hand-painted by local artists. The night was highlighted by the Kiwanis Club of McIntosh Trail in PTC's drawing the winner of their  "Win a Mustang" contest.  That lucky person was Mike Martin.  Congratulations Mike, and happy cruising with the top down in your beautiful 1968 Ford Mustang GT convertible!
